I found my pursuit from my pain
We are always taught to suppress symptoms. A headache is treated with ibuprofen, diabetes is treated with metformin, depression is treated with SSRIs. It’s always an external power. We have relinquished our health to a system that profits from sickness.
But what if I told you that recovery is possible without a pill, no therapy, no steroids, no injections. Just you and your amazing body.

A painful decade of my life passed by with the following conditions: bulimia, OCD, unexplained anxiety, interstitial cystitis and eczema. I felt completely broken and I was brainwashed to believe that salvation was only going to come from a pill.

But something changed in me and I started studying, day and night. I became addicted to medical knowledge and over the course of 18 months, I educated myself on the power of the human brain and body.
I believe with all my heart that my hardship wasn’t just a divine test. I believe that I endured each illness to teach me a lesson, and to equip me with the tools to help others.
I want you to understand that each symptom is a gift.
  • “What is my body trying to tell me?”
  • “What is my body afraid of?”
  • We are confused more than ever about what is good for us. According to the World Risk Poll, 60% of the global population expresses concern about the potential harm posed by the food they consume on a daily basis.

Before you reach for the medication, when a symptom occurs, ask yourself:

    • “How’s my food been lately? Am I eating nutritious organic whole foods? Or am I burdening my body with sugar, ultra processed foods, seed oils?”
    • “Am I getting enough quality sleep?”
    • “How are my stress levels? What am I looking at on social media? Am I exposing myself to a lot of fear and war imagery?” (staring at war imagery, or having to process the suffering of people around the world creates chronic inflammation in the body)
    • “Am I exercising or moving my body regularly throughout the day?”
    • “Have I been exposed to toxins from synthetic air fresheners, or scented lotions and candles etc.?”

Don’t kill the symptom, be your primary doctor and learn to understand your body’s language.
